- 5 March 2024 - Present Founder and Managing Director Imminent Ideas Pvt. Ltd. As Founder and Director of Imminent Ideas, I lead the company’s strategic vision while delivering technology solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients across industries. My role spans business development, client engagement, delivery governance, and product innovation, ensuring every engagement meets high standards of quality, scalability, and performance. I actively guide teams across engineering, design, and cloud practices, oversee end-to-end execution, and drive the creation of in-house digital products that address real market needs. - 4 March 2013 - March 2024 Senior Solution Architect Trantor Software Pvt. Ltd. From March 2013 to March 2024, I held progressively senior roles including Team Lead, Technical Lead, Senior Technical Lead, Solution Architect, and Senior Solution Architect, leading multiple development teams across large-scale, business-critical programs. I owned end-to-end delivery, defined technical roadmaps, and established engineering standards to ensure scalability, security, and performance. A key focus of my role was building high-performing teams through structured training, mentoring, and technical governance.
